Between 18:50 and 7:50 (CEST) one of our cloud providers in US region experienced networking issues. There has been 20 short term outage occurrences during span of 18 hours, each in duration of 1 - 2 minutes.

This affected recording of 304 cameras, each camera lost around 10 minutes of recording, in worst case 20 minutes has not been recorded in one camera over span of 18 hours.

While experiencing network issues we usually stop sending camera health check updates until issues are temporarily resolved. Reason behind is we want to provide accurate information about state of your cameras not tampered by networking issues on our side. Downside of our approach is, once we start informing you about state of your camera again. You will probably receive message about your camera coming up without any previous message it has been down.

Broadcasting and streaming service has also been marginally affected.
