We identified a problem with one of our services responsible for serving recorded footage. The problem was there from 2020-06-04 15:18 UTC until 2020-06-05 11:10 UTC. As a result of this, all recordings and clips made by cameras in our NA region were unavailable for playback. No recordings were lost.

Our automated monitoring didn't register this outage. That's why it took unusually long to identify and resolve the issue. We're working on improvements to make sure that an incident like this won't happen again.
